.45 acp score!

Post by websterz »

Just scored 450 rounds at the WalMart in Vinita, Oklahoma. 150 Tula and 300 PPU, all 230 grain FMJ. They still have more PPU on the shelf. $19.97 per 50.

Let me make a short, open, blanket comment. There are no good guns. There are no bad guns. Any gun in the hands of a bad man is a bad thing. Any gun in the hands of a descent person is no threat to anyone--- except bad people. -- Charleton Heston

Guns are not good, they are not evil. Save those descriptions for the people holding the firearm. -- Unknown

We've had more .45 here than anything. Seems not too many round here shoot it. Saw loads of it at pretty much every Walmart I was at in my .22 search yesterday.

Nice, our Wally World has a 3 box limit. I got 50 rounds from Academy that has a 1 box limit and traded a co worker some ammo I was never going to use for another 100. Shot up 50 of it yesterday.

Same 3 box limit here. I bought the Tula on Friday, then got 3 boxes of PPU today and sent my wife back for the other 3. If my daughter was old enough I would have had 3 more! That brings my .45 stash up to 800 rounds of FMJ and 150 of JHP.

I scored 250 rounds of the Herters Brass .45 ACP from Cabelas today at .44 per round and was happy to get it. .45 ACP is now much cheaper than 9mm?!?!

I scored a box of the 100rd. fed. 230FMJ the other day at work (Wally World) It hadn't even been set out yet; it was sitting on the floor behind the counter in the case of 5 they come in-I'd've bought 2 more, but was kinda broke.... Rongo probably picked up 3 of the other 4...
