magazine door question
magazine door question
i have noticed that my magazine door rattles allot after i got all the cosmoline cleaned out of it. is this normal? everything seems to work perfect, it just rattles a good bit. i would say the grease just kept all of the loose areas tight then after i removed it, it just made it rattle some. im ok with the rattle, i just dont want it to fall off the gun or something while im shooting it. things like this just bug me, im too big of a perfectionist ![smile :)](./images/smilies/smile.gif)

Re: magazine door question
While I am not sure of the normality of the floor plate being loose, I can say that a couple of mine have a wiggle similar to what you describe. Absolutely no issues with shooting AFAIK.

Re: magazine door question
Normal, it will not rattle with rounds in the magazine. It can be adjusted by bending the catch spring a bit but I suggest living it alone.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
