Read many post here about "back when " "remember when " " Don't want to seem old " I'm fairly new to Mosins. Started just to buy a cheap hunting rifle, but now hooked.

I'll join in!! My name is Steve and I'm 65, will be 66 in June and had my first Mosin (1942 Izhevsk) about 1 year ago. Still looking and they are getting scarcer here in Iowa!! Nothing wrong with Group Therapy, at this age!!

Sooooo Looking forward to retirement, 2 yrs. 6 months. Will be in the SS office with my app. 6 months before my birthday !!!!

Can't Wait, House paid off , truck paid off, motorcycle paid off, but spending too much on Mosins !! Or deals on tools, i manage Tool World at Lowes. Can't wait to see if JYD, ways in !

Don't wanna hear it :D , there probably won't be any retirement or SS for me :very mad: , the way things are going with this economy. I've been paying SS since I started working at 15yrs old. My only big advantage is, the only debt I currently have is the house we just built and nothing else.

Lordy, Lordy, I'll be 40 this year. Almost all grown up :chuckles:

Oh ! Shenandoah Valley !! So Beautiful, been thru there many times on motorcycle trips when i lived in Maryland. Got an extra room for me & the wife !! :thumbsup: :chuckles: :thumbsup:

Got the Mosins," Mo Sin Lee " # 53 would like to see America ! :chuckles: :chuckles: So would " Little Mo" M44. :chuckles: :chuckles: "Big Mo" stays in the closet. and a new 91/30 coming from Buds " no name yet" hoping for a hex. And have a crate plus !!!

Well I started by latest gun buying spree in January 2012 when I bought a 500 Smith & Wesson. Since then I have purchased a CZ 82, an East German Mak, a Russian Mak, a polish P64, a Taurus PT709, a Baretta Bobcat, and 6 Mosin Nagants(including 2 rare or uncommon Finns). By the way I am 70 years a kid. I also have others that my son and grandsons will enjoy some day.

I spent my last birthday riding Friday night partol with the local county police. What a blast.

My name is Howard and I am41 years old. I have three kids (5yrs, 3yrs, and 7 1/2 months), so I feel even older most days :lol:.

Oh and I am pretty much retired since the manufacturer I worked for shipped all our jobs over to China and we found out daycare and gas would cost more than I would make :lol:. I have been buying firearms for about 5 years, but only recently was really bitten. I love the bolt action milsurps all of the sudden and my wife believes I need an intervention :chuckles:
