A word of thanks to a sponsor(Okie) and this forum.

Post by rlchemist »

Sometimes in our hectic world I'm quick to complain but not quick to give thanks, so here goes:

Last night I had a question about headspace gauges and sent an email to Okie Headspace gauges at 11pm Mountain time. In about 10 minutes I had a very nice reply from a gentleman named Todd who answered my questions. Now that is service !! I was very surprised to hear back from them so quick and so late at night....so here is a great big thank you to Okie Headspace. I've used their products and they are outstanding.

I've also received a great deal of help and friendly advice from many of you on this forum. So here is a salute to all of you who have taken the time to help us newbees on the path toward preserving these interesting military firearms.

Thanks from the Big Sky Country of Montana.... :USA Flag:

Received my new set of gauges today!

Learned a few things too (one of them is I have more to learn)! :) I changed my attitude about checking the headspace that is for sure!

When I sent a message to them I received an almost immediate response as well, thanks Todd! Class act for sure! Support the forum sponsers!

I recently ordered from them as well. Looks like they shipped out this morning. Hopefully they will be here soon. I have a lot of Mosin's to check headspace on and I want to shoot them this weekend!!

Before he retired my dad was a self-made business man (welder and machinist...where do you think I got it?!) and he taught me the number one rule, just treat people the way you want to be treated. It always worked for him. I'm glad everyone is pleased with our service.
Build a man a fire and he'll be warm for the night. Set a man ON fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life!
