Maybe the DP/DB addition is a refurbishment mark, i have a DP marked SKS and it was overhauled , and given a new red fiberglass stock. Many SKS forums out there, tons of info. One thing is for sure ; firing pin and channel must be kept clean. i give mine a few drops of Kroil. And stay away from Tula 7.62 in the SKS. heard of one too many stories of popped primers flash welding the F/P in the foward position. Even some krud jams it and you will have a few stares at the range. Nothing like dumping one of those 30 rd. mags all at once....
