Let me make a short, open, blanket comment. There are no good guns. There are no bad guns. Any gun in the hands of a bad man is a bad thing. Any gun in the hands of a descent person is no threat to anyone--- except bad people. -- Charleton Heston

Guns are not good, they are not evil. Save those descriptions for the people holding the firearm. -- Unknown

In case anybody complains about your ammo hoarding, you can show them this
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

Because too many people think gun and ammo hoarding is some sort of disease, this video graphically illustrates that we...I mean, um, the ammo hoarders, have no problems at all compared to an animal hoarder.

I was in a house like this once, closest I have come to puking my guts out when I wasn't sick from illness, I had to fire up a big ass cigar, and dispose of all my clothing the moment I got home.

I've only reloaded some cases 3 times so far. :roll: Still have a ways to go to reach their limit (I hope)

Neck size only and keep the pressure below the max and you will reach the limit. Just remember to check your case length carefully and keep track of how much you are trimming.

I'd have to say 20,000 on up may be enough for awhile. Really depends on how much you shoot each time you go out. I shoot a lot with the SKS rifles, so about this number is only 4 years worth right now and I have cut back to preserve.

Enough is when you can shoot all you want and not think about how much it costs.

Yes Sir, that is exactly how it works. Also, if you use brass ammo as I do in my Swedes, it is much sweeter.
Example is 4800 rounds of my 6.5 Swedish with the wooden bullets for $39.20 per 800 round case. Pull wood bullet, dump powder, and reload.
So, reloading each piece of brass say 8 times max is 38,400 times I get to shoot my Swede Mausers. How sweet it is. Also, say SKS X39 ammo in Yugo M67 which is brass cases. 6140 rounds at say 6 reloads per case equals another 36,840 rounds I get to shoot. This is on top of original ammo I have built up since 2006. ;mywink;

I have around 4000 rounds, mostly in unopened spam cans. With the ammo shortages right now in most calibers my Mosins are my go to guns for some range time. They always draw interest from the other shooters when I take them out and nobody has ever said no when I asked if they would like to put a few downrange with one. :P
