Two M44's..............

Post by Noble Sniper »

Here are a couple of minty M44's. The top one is a 1943 dated M44 and the bottom is a 1944 dated M44. ;)

“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Couple of fine looking M44s. They really are badass guns. The Mosin is a gun that sells itself. I remember taking mine to the shooting range when I lived in California with a few friends. One guy shot it a lot and went the next day to the same place I'd bought mine and bought the package deal with matching serial numbers and all the accessories.

You did say that one was a 1943, didn't you? Great! One day these will be even tougher to locate than they are today, and you will be able to say, "I have one of those."
