What you see is what there is, even if more were found they would be of the same type as we have had since 1986.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

The TKIV-85 sniper rifle might be surplused here one day, but we may have to wait a while for that...

The TKIV-85 is a highly modified M/N sniper rifle currently in service with Finland. When it's retired, I wouldn't be surprised if a few wound up here in the US.

I don't think we'll ever see another mosin variant, or WW2 era surplus rifle, in the numbers like the 91/30s currently are.

Dang, I wish the OP had kept his mouth shut. Century will now come out with the new 91/30/59/88, a rare variant just recovered from some salt mine in Mongolia, reconditioned to new condition at Mitc..........$699.00 :D

I don't know about all that but there is a Czech variant available, but all of the scoped models sold out a year ago. http://www.allans-armory.com/aaresult.php?PageId=50 look at the VZ54 about 3/4 way down the page

There is just something I don't like about them, besides the price. It's got a Mosin-Nagant bolt, but the sight looks more like a Mauser :?: Weird :ugeek:
