This is one of the 91/30's Classic Arms chromed back a few years ago before the company changed management. Most of their chrome projects were limited to the M44, but they did some 91/30's and M38's as well. Not a parade rifle, not even close, just an American Bubba rifle. Some idiot who likes shiny things will buy it.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
