Holsters....

Post by ffuries »

As we move things around I keep finding things I haven't seen in awhile. Found my M-12 holster made by Cathey Enterprises. Don't know if it's Desert Storm used or Bosnia used, I've had so dang many over the years.

Also found my drop leg holster from GWOT. The belt and one of the double magazine holder's is made by Bianchi, the other double magazine holder and the holster is made by Blackhawk. The holster is still dingy from being worn in Uzbekistan, the belt was seldom worn, and kept in my bag.

Sounds like it's seen use in some lovely garden spots around the world
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

The drop leg holster was with me in Oman (2001), but it was kept in my cold weather bag. We were slated to go to Pakistan, hence thea cold weather gear, but our sister squadron, whined and wanted the glory of going forward. They were already in Oman, so we arrived in Oman, a day or so after they left for Pakistan.

So we spent Oct 01-Dec 01 on Masirah Island, Oman. Later we moved all our operations to Karshi Khanabad, Uzbekistan. I got home the 3rd week of Dec and on April 1st I departed for Uzbekistan.....
