Type 54 Chinese Tokarev
Merry Christmas to me from me, R Guns as had these for a while now calling my name and I finally broke down and bought one. It is in great shape, both inside and out. I haven't shot it as yet but will as soon as the snow stops falling. It will take its place with my other Tokarev type pistols, my TTC Romanian in 7.62X25, an M57 Zastava in 7.62X25, an M70A Serbian in 9mm, and a 213 Chinese in 9mm. This latest addition is in 7.62X25.

“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
C. S. Lewis

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

If you notice in the pictures the trigger is one of the Glock safety ones. I ordered a plain Jane one from RTG Parts and will switch it out. I'll take a picture of the new one when it gets here.
