Soviet SKS is all right, but precious metal...well, I don't know about that. If we were talking three M1 Garands, GI Joes rifle, and for $199 each then that would be the dream all right. Oh wait, not a dream for me, reality, I did that back in '91, but it was for $175 each
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

You are on a fucking roll Sonny. Shotguns, SKSs. You go.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
When bad times hit weapons rocket up in value very quickly. I have the strong suspicion that we will soon be experiencing interesting times. Having some extra weapons stashed away is a very good idea, ammo too.

If it gets that bad ammo and antibiotics will be more valuable than gold or platinum
Well these were advertised as Russians but I think a couple of them might have some Chinese in them.
Two have no year stamp on the dust cover. Two have what looks like Chinese release lever on the gas tubes.
Two have light coloured rear sights but I'm not sure if that means anything.
Anyways here a few pics.
