It's an Izhevsk 1948 not counter bored to be honest don't look to be fired much at all really high landing like new, everything on it is mirror finish the stock has a tung oil finish on it nothings been sanded off still can see the arsenal marks just not sure on which ones they are yet as I'm still learning them but all metal looks out of the box new hell of a deal for trading ammo to an awesome friend who bought it and other stuff.

Could that be a Polish M44 stock? Reminds me a lot of the blonde Polish rifles I see online. That is an amazing m44, very clean.
