HRA Range Trip and stock ?

Post by dou44 »

I finally got to shoot it today and after I got it dialed in I am happy with it. I started out with the sight all the way down an at 100 yards it took 12 clicks to get it where I wanted it. I love the way these rifles shoot. Also does anyone know what the stamp markings are on the bottom of the wrist? I am thinking a rack number but US or Greek?

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

The Garand is beautiful, but the green grass is even more stunning. Would you believe I'm staring out the window at 12" of packed frozen slush that covers my property? I'm going to show this picture to my wife. Maybe I can talk her into moving. You got room for a couple Conservative, Rural, Yankees?

Sometimes yo can find a field grade as nice as a service grade and save the extra hundred bucks. Then put that money towards a can of m2 ball. Good find.
