PT1911 Update

Post by Kilroy »

Just wanted to post a picture of my PT1911 now, I have a Wilson Combat Compensator on it (Haven't had a chance to try it out yet) and I got some Honeycomb grips (I love these a lot)

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Good looking 1911. I'm glad to have one in my herd again. I missed mine more than anything else I've sold.
Let me make a short, open, blanket comment. There are no good guns. There are no bad guns. Any gun in the hands of a bad man is a bad thing. Any gun in the hands of a descent person is no threat to anyone--- except bad people. -- Charleton Heston

Guns are not good, they are not evil. Save those descriptions for the people holding the firearm. -- Unknown

I agree. I sold my Remington R1 a while back, and have been looking for a replacement ever since. Found a Norinco yesterday. :D

I had a pt1911 first and it functioned great. Just had an ugly rail. I ended up trading it off and have been wanting another 1911 since. Got me a rock island armory a few months back and I'm in love with the 1911 again haha. I've been drooling over a Springfield 1911. I would love to try to carry it. They are very accurate pistols and sweet shooters.

I like it. I ain't getting rid of my 1911. Period. If everything has to go, every Mosin, every Finn, every black powder arm, every shotgun, every Ruger handgun, everything I have- the Colt Govt Model will still remain. It simply is not for sale or trade.
