i was looking at some of my mosins today befor work and i noticed my romanian m44 had a 172 in white on the side of the stock does this have and significance sorry i didnt take a pic but will add one tomorrow or late tonight.

Number 172 was the stock number I put on the rifle that was snatched out of my car ten years ago. Been looking for it, glad you found it for me :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :twisted:
