Ha, my wife said I was in trouble too. Something about needing to pay bills???? Whats that about???? :brolleyes: This is all I know about it so far. Will meet him in an hr. Stay tuned for "the rest of the story"

I don't know yet but look at that wide band and the handguard.... m27 or m28?

Here she is M28 with Tikka barrel. Not bad for a buck fifty is it? :biggrin: Bore was real dirty but it actually cleaned up well. Not dark or pitted just some good honest use with plenty of life left. No tang date in fact the only mark on receiver is a H in a circle.and some other mark I cant make out. Has a crack in hand-guard I need to super glue. I wonder why these go for less than 28/30s on GB when less of these were made.

Thats true but I could tell by the pic he sent me it had to be a M27 or 28. I'm happy, my first 28.

What a honey bun! Way to go! Nice score for a buck fifty. Why can't I ever find Finnish rifles? I don't think they like the South.
