yeah I did the guy was pretty cool though he kept talking about his collection and about all these rare rifles like it was nothing I was drooling :O and before I left he was like remember! You never actually own them, your just taking care of them for the next guy. he gave me a lil ammo for the steyr its old 1940 ammo with a lion mark on it. I wont lie, I love the svt

I love the stock on the M38. I don't see too many with screw-in sling escutcheons even if it's just the rear ones. Nice

Both look very nice. I have an SVT also, love to shoot it but it is a bit$h to clean.

Awesome! Now just go get those other carbines! Were you able to work a better deal than what he was asking? No need to spill the beans on the exact amount, just wondering if you were able to save any cash for the next deal.

If he has a lot of cool stuff then I think you handled it pretty good. I bought a Mosin off of a guy and we kind of became friends. He was also my Mosin crack dealer. I got a lot of good rifles and carbines from him. He knew I wouldn't bubba them, I usually got them for what he paid.
