Is there a M44 sling or does the 91/30 sling fit all?

Is there a separate M44 sling or does the 91/30 sling fit all?

There is a carbine sling but the 91/30 sling was used on everything. Not sure where to get a short one, maybe liberty tree. ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

The carbines had a sling an inch or so shorter but otherwise the same as the 91/30 sling. During the war even PPSH slings could be found on carbines.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

I grabbed a PPSH sling from Liberty Tree for the heck of it. The ones they're selling are very nice, but they sit oddly on the rifle being the fixed, sideways style loop, rather than the dog collar and sling standard setup. Certainly functional and a neat item to have.
