In my defense this was the first time I have fished since I was a little kid, but yeah the fact that I am proud of that fish is pretty pitiful :lol:

I thought it looked pretty good. Then again I don't fish for bass. I like the taste of bream better.
I believe in the right to arm bears.

We were supposed to get out fishing on my Dad's boat but he had a stroke. He is doing well and we expect to get out next year. Much better fishing out in the deep water I hear.

Bigger fish out in the deep, like sharks, Jaws, watch out.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

It was years before I would get back on a boat after Jaws, :big shock:
