Nine Tula Mosin Nagants

Post by evildog »

Stopped in Fin & Feather yesterday to look around and they from time to time carry some mosins. Yesterday they had gotten in a fresh shipment of 9 Tula marked mosins in. Years ranged from 1938 to 1943 and they had one Isverik also. Price had gone up to $169 from $139 so importers must have raised $20 to everyone?
If i didn't have those years and not currently had a M48 Yugo Mauser on lay a way there i would have probably gotten another.

I hadn't seen that many Tula's together like that before and the importer was ATI i believe. It was a small printed one line on the receiver....

So much for their big price raise touted as the beginning of the end of cheap Mosin Refurbs! This price probably allows for the lessened value of the dollar and inflation. Buy'em all folks! In the future 3 Refurb Mosins will be worth at least a loaf of bread? Ammo was back down to $80 a spam can at Knob Creek I understand. No shipping or knowledge of where it went but don't go to any gun shows because they rip you off and prices are higher. Buy everything online so records are kept and where things go are known. Sometimes I really wonder where peoples minds really are? Bill :chuckles:

If you buy something and then hide it someplace and not tell anyone were you hid it then it's kind of hard to take away from you.

All kidding aside, if it gets bad enough that you have to hide your guns, then it's time to pick up that gun and use it.... :popgun:

I didn't say hide them all, some people just like some insurance so they go bury a drop tube filled with an SKS and ammo, some MRE's, as well as other emergency gear. The real paranoids hide four or five such tubes.
