Scratch one off my list, US Springfield Model 1898 Krag as I got one and this one is off the list, the Match Target Woodsman as I've got three target 22 pistols and I pretty much need a Ultra Dot to compete and I will not Drill and Tap one of these.
Damn, I'll bet that's going to leave a mark! Probably hurt too!

Most you have there are $300 and under. Very attainable. I would try for the M39 first while they are semi cheap.

With my budget I got to find under $300 whenever possible, and I only know one place with M39's and they are much more? After the new M1 Garand gets here, I will have to recover from spending that much on one rifle.....

This is how my ever changing list is right now. And as always this list is subject to change

Some are kinda random and vague. I've been working on the list slowly haha. I'm sure there is a bunch I'm missing. Remember I'm fairly new to firearms and collecting so I don't have a stock built up yet hehe.

Mauser rifle (any kind to start)
ruger blackhawk
1911 pistol. (Springfield, remington, ruger, rock island armory)
Saiga rifle 5.45x39 (and convert to ak74 specs)
Norinco ak 47
ruger sp101
ruger super blackhawk 44 magnum
CZ82 9mm makarov
Polish p64 makarov

12 gauge double hammer gun
12 single shot
Walther p38 9mm pistol
British enfield
Let me make a short, open, blanket comment. There are no good guns. There are no bad guns. Any gun in the hands of a bad man is a bad thing. Any gun in the hands of a descent person is no threat to anyone--- except bad people. -- Charleton Heston

1943 Izhevsk
1937 Izhevsk
1935/48/50 Tula (hex)
1939 Tula (laminate stock)
And many other firearms :D

Scratched off the Krag major accomplishment and a fine addition to any collection

High on my list is adding an original WWII era 1911 preferably a Remington Rand like my grandfather was issued, though getting one is the same as a house payment.

Got 100 pieces of brand new Brass for it and my reloading buddy has dies, so we will be 'cooking' up some loads, probably using a cast bullet

I just added another '93 Turk the other day, looks typical of the breed, but has the tightest headspace I have ever seen on a Mauser, so tight I got out the Go gauge to check that also. The headspace is actually perfect, and with a mismatched bolt, the bore is pretty good also so it should be a good shooter, even the crown is tight.
