Yeah if made in large quantities. From what I've heard and read about the jmeck mounts, he makes them all in his garage.

The dark one is a 1942 and the light is a 1937. Both are 91/30's from ishevsk. I'll have to get some good pics of the markings tomorrow. I have a few but they are hard to make out. If they let you try dry fireing them. The triggers can differ alot on them. I have one that has a very nice trigger with no slop and one that has a good bit of slop. Just take your time and look them over. From what I've seen earlier models made before the war have a little better fit and finish but...
