These are all the numbers i can find, rear housing, trigger guard, and mag. cover. Nothing on butt plate.

Hello Just got my Chinese SKS from SOG all cleaned up and can not find any meaningful stampings on it, no chinese markings, no arsenal markings , nothing i can find to help me date it. Any help !! Jim

Well all cleaned up ( except for some spots i see in the photos ), But , Setting up to take these pics. i can't find the mag. and trigger assem. , there here, somewhere, guess i better take an Alzheimer test. Strange, the gun has almost no markings that i can find, no arsenal stamps, no Chinese mark...

Received my SKS from SOG, from what i can see, looks in fairly good shape, but man the cosmoline (or chinese axle grease ), the clean up begins !!!!

Well Placed the order today,although not happy with there 3 % surcharge for credit card, but that was still cheaper than paying a COD fee by ups. The SKS i orders was listed as good to very good condition, guess we will see when the brown truck pulls up.

I have watched youtube video with them removing the original and then will accept the 30 round mag. ( many say with no problems ) just wondering do they work ? Don't want to do a permanent mod. Just want to have another alternative to just incase the Zombies attack, or maybe i just need 30 rounds to...

Looking to by ny first SKS and on a model listed by SOG said "with fixed magazine" what does that mean ? Whatever i buy i want to be able to put higher capacity mags/clips on it. Thanks Jim :?:

Used it on motorcycle gas tank, did great , got the rust out where no other way (other than chemicals ) would.
