That is a real fine revolver there. 750.00 seems like a good buy these days

Re: m38 ski trooper

Well to be a 50.00 purchase you have quite a investment. Fortunately you didn’t mess with it and try to sand it or anything. It may be worth 10-15 times what you bought it for if not considerably more. Congrats

In Texas that plate on the front would get you a ticket but it does look cool. [emoji3]

Re: Kibler Colonial Rifle Kit

Thank you again for this thread QZ, I found his website and YouTube channel. Considering the quality and attention to detail, I think these are a real good price for what you get. Best of luck in the build and making it your own.

Re: Current component availability...

I guarantee you that me buying 1 pound of powder did not add to any kind of problem whatsoever. I’m not the guy buying 15k rounds of 22LR at Walmart so I can horde as much as I can pack. But if I did grab 15k rounds at Walmart I’d shoot it up and grin the whole time

Re: Winchester Mod. 90 22 WRF

That’s incredible. Looks like it is still new. Was it restored? It’s beautiful. How old is the 22 WRF ammo that came with it? I know that the ammo is currently being produced by Winchester I believe.

Re: Large Hole AR Upper.....?

When I get feedback of 50/50 on most anything I tend to take it as a no good. I would match the upper to the lower to eliminate any issues. You sure don’t want it working loose on you if you spend the money on a Colt upper. Are you looking at the recent offer from Brownells? Imagine going to a resta...

Cheap defense shotgun

I walked into Academy recently just before the presidential election with no plans to buy or even see anything defense related because the shelves were bare for months. I have been keeping my eye out for a Mossberg Maverick 88 but when I walked to the counter there was a pistol grip 12 ga Steven’s f...

We have a 30+ year old Charles Daly 12 O/U that was made my Moroku Japan and it is the sweetest operating and most accurate double I’ve handled. Choked modified and IC I believe. It’s locked up in my brothers safe a hour east of me [emoji3]

Well who’d you order from? I think I want one too! I don’t have a single 9mm Beretta to my name and I do believe they are fantastic pistols. Some honest wear would be ok with me

Re: What powders are you using for reloading for Mosins

Kjohn that is interesting. Do you still have the cardboard containers? I’d be interested in seeing a picture. I have been on the hunt for powders lately. Found a pound of IMR3031 for my brother, a few different powders for handgun loads, and some Hogdon 4895 for all my milsurp stuff. It’s still arou...

I never bought this by the case but shot quite a bit of it. I like and maybe just a little jealous these days of a nice sealed case like this one. 😀

Re: Covid-19 and my best friend

Thank you guys. I know quite a few people that have quarantined because they tested positive but recovered fine. A couple weeks ago I had to stay home from work for 10 days (paid thankfully) because someone at work that was in contact with me tested positive.

Covid-19 and my best friend

I called my best friend Jeff back in January to see how he was doing, as he had lost his twin brother about 6 weeks before to a massive heart attack. He told me buddy, I am so sick and got a Covid test. This was on Friday and he got his results on Saturday- positive for COVID-19 and pneumonia. He wa...
