I keep info on 91/38s and yours has 2 unique attributes.

It is the first I have seen (of 50) without an obvious barrel date.

It is the first time I have seen the arrow mark on the receiver.

Neat.

That rifle would normally go for about $250 - $300. Plus the front swing swivel is almost never seen. It would be hard to put a price on just that but I would wild guess $100 - $200 just for it. A M91 stock with the finger rest is one of the Holy Grails of Mosin collecting. Congratulations on a great find. Wish I could help with the markings but I don't recognize them.
