Ps the asking price was $150, got it at $115.. I'm a good negotiator, lol.

The other mosin I was looking at is a 1942 round Izhevsk.. The shop would not take less then $125 for it and it did not have a strap or a cleaning rod and was even more beat up then this one..

Also I'm sorry if the question about the stock was against the rules... I did not know... So new question then, is it ok if I buy a used stock online and refinish that one, then put my original away?? It's just that my stock really lets he gun down.
