I have a bunch of Yugoslav heavy ball brass-cased 7.62x54r ammo. The stuff looks brand new, but none of it is reloadable due to berdan priming. It could be copper washed steel or brass. stick a magnet to the cases. The thing about reloading them if they are brass, they are Berdan primed. Regular boxer primers won't work.

Of the ones pictured, the Tula MO would be the hardest to find I think. Plus the MO refurbs seem to have been refurbed to a nicer level in my experience. Ive been collecting Mosins since 2008.

That is a Sestroryetsk. Very desirable. Unfortunately the stock was chopped, but fortunately the barrel doesn't look to have been chopped. It might take a while to find them, but I would start the search for a replacement stock and handguard. They might be a bit pricey, but with the rifle being free...

You know, I don't do much (any) hunting for many years now but, when I was hunting, they counted the points on one side and that was the point count. Like above, it has 4 on each side would be a 4 pointer. I see these guys on TV calling the above a 8 pointers. What the Hell? What is correct now??? ...
