Re: M39 in pristine condition ??

Pictures please. I have seen several very nice condition VKT M39's in my travels. It could have been arsenal refinished, and stored at the armory after.

Re: M28 not "D" stamped

I'd slug the bore to see what size your lands and grooves are. I'd stay away from shooting Russian surplus without checking the bore diameter on a M28 first. Probably best to reload if you are going to shoot Finn's. M39 would be ok to shoot Russian surplus, but the other Finn's slug the bore.

Re: Countdown clock

Problem is, my job has got much harder as I get closer to leaving. I have all this "stuff" to hand on and train others to do. Then there are some that I just shake my head at. There is no way in Hell they are going to be able to do it. I just have to keep remembering, it won't matter on J...

Re: Countdown clock

Ok I'll play. What is the countdown clock for on the main page for. It links to the Facebook page. We have a count down (or up) feature on the forums. I was playing with it and accidently left it on. Truth is, that is the amount of time I have till I retire. 41 years with the same company. Darryl N...

NICE. I just picked up a CZ457 LUX in .22LR for shooting in CMP rimfire matches. Groups really well.

Agreed. Put in NA or leave it blank. I haven't had any issues with the renewal process doing it either way.

My '43 Standard Produces has an Underwood barrel also. You did well at that price. I picked up mine for $700 a few months back, and thought I did good.

As the others have stated. My M39's like everything. As far as commercial ammo..... S&B and PPU shot well for me.
