be careful with that neverdull. it's a quick way to cut their value. brass needs to show a certain patina.

Re: Kari's Enfield

Some have been sold, but many have not. As time passes many will be liquidated and the proceeds returned to his wife. Kari had a dealer involved to help with some of this for a fair commission.

Re: Took Some Pics: SKS-M

I have the lonely single 1951 refurb Russian, in the black painted bolt, and man oh man, is it ever a great shooter. My brother the other day bought a Yugo, but it isn't refurbed, a...

Re: Antique Mosin Nagant or not?

When I bought my M39 from Kari's dealer in the San Francisco Bay area I had it transferred to my local FFL and they called it in for the background. Then I got it home And found it to be a 1898 receiver. The benefit of not having to transfer guns through a dealer can add up in savings by not paying ...

Very nice, and the only example I have ever seen with brass on only one end. I wonder if the other end is paint over brass?

Are you sure you didn't mean 237.50 or 337.50? That must have been a typo!

Same here LC. A 1943 IZHEVSK 91/30. The bore looks like a new mirror. The rifle and 300 rounds of Bulgarian ammo was 126 bucks including shipping.

This is super nice. Does it fire .380? We likely all are shooting weapons once owned by soldiers, many of them enemies. But knowing just a little snippet of it's history is quite special. Very cool.

I believe it was this type of Nambu and then also the German's Luger that inspired William Ruger to design the Ruger Standard model pistol. I can see the similarities. Thanks for sharing. It really is a beauty.
