I've seen the marking (if you are referring to the circle with a sort-of-star) on other "Balkan" rifles. It's a marking from some Soviet satellite/cold war country.

My initial thought is an M91rv stock. I think the M27rv stocks have a scallop cut under the bolt handle for the bent bolt. Probably better off selling the gun and looking for something that suits your tastes more. The cost associated with buying/replacing the barrel would be high. I think I recall that some were made from a different wood (Elm possibly?) than they typical birch we see.
