Still hurtin' but it does seem to be a little less painful today.
The worst is getting out of bed or getting up from a chair.
I can walk around but I do it with me being a little bent forward.

I turned 70 last month and getting old sucks.

Anyway the good thing is, as of 11:00 this morning, I don't owe a damn soul a dime. Doesn't it feel great? When I paid my house off in 2018 and absolved myself of all debt, it was the greatest feeling in the world. Congrats!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: You bet your sweet bippy it feels good. :thumbsup:

Ain't gonna see any pics from me for a while. Doc said I pulled a major muscle in my lower back and it will take time to heal. All I know is that it hurts like a S.O.B. But.... Doc gave me some good stuff to carry me over. 500mg of Naproxen x's 24 10mg Cyclobenzaprine x's 30 Wash it down with a beer...

They don't mind if you call them fish cops as long as you do it with a smile on your face.

Friend of mine vacationed in Hawaii a few years ago and he visited the USS Arizona memorial.

He said standing there and looking into the waters of Pearl harbour gave him a cold chill up his spine.

Said it was a very moving experience.
