Wood used on 91/30 stocks
I just purchased a Izhevsk (1935) from Big 5. When I cleaned the stock of gunk and cosmoline, I found a very nice piece of wood, very heavy, and looks a little like teak. It is one piece and no escutcheons. What woods were used during this time? Thanks
