I was inspired to create my first meme this morning...

It happened after I filled my ammo can with the 7.62x54r surplus Chicom ammo I received yesterday.

I got some of them from fleabay a few years ago. They're pretty flimsy. I would have to agree... they don't feel as "solid" as the stainless steel ones I already have. Could be as simple as both being made from different metals. Hope to get to the range soon to see how they feed into my M...

Yes, it is in good shape and, yes, it is a pre-war stock.

I took some more close-ups and will be posting those tonite probably, followed by a complete disassembly to give her a thorough check.
