Based on the pics you posted, it appears to be an M91/30, a refurbed example of a 1930 Izhevsk mated to an earlier Tula receiver.

Full confession: Prior to the contest I've never heard of the actor or the show, but 5 minutes with Bing search and Wikipedia gave me the answers. I've been a fan of "Are You Being Served" for a long time, so I guess I will add this to my list of BBC comedies to watch now.
