I just started getting into Enfields as well, its like Mosins they just keep multiplying !!! I have yet to shoot mine, but this is what I have learned so far.. Full stocks are expensive and may not fit, so restoring sporters is not as easy as it sounds.. Missing mags can cost $50+ to replace so kee...

Picked this up for 165 $ but had to find a little furniture for it. Found the hand guard at Liberty Tree collectors. 1917 Enfield no 1 mk 3, my first Enfield. Depending on how you build it they can be a little cheaper. You can build it to exactly how you want it and it helps you learn how the rifle works. They are very easy to build. I tried it with the magazine in and with it out. Had the safety forward and back. Still no luck. Any suggestions?

picked up this new Enfield. where can I find a front and rear handguard? also the buttstock rotates back and forth a little, any advice on how to make it more solid.
