OOOOOOooooooo! Nice M44! I ordered one too, from AIM and it is in transit to my FFL. I hope I do half as well as you and I will be berry happy! Love the fact that yours is stamped 1944 and was war issued. That is what really makes it for me and makes these old rifles so worthwhile. History, damn it....

My AIM M44 shipped to my FFL and will probably do the paperwork next week. Will be interested to see how this batch rates and hope others will report in on what they receive.
