Imho, I wouldn't replace any parts unless you intend to shoot it, in which case I would only replace the front barrel band. 1931 receiver from maybe the end of the year with a 1932 barrel hung on it. Maybe done at refurb and it just came out that way? One will never be able to tell I am afraid.
