I died and went to heaven...yesterday
Yes, heaven looks a lot like a Cabela's store. I had never been in one, but my goodness. I had only 20 minutes to look before I had to hit the road, but their used gun rack included about 9-10 Mosins (all round receivers), 10ish Yugo Mausers, a Turkish Mauser, a Springfield 1903, three Mosin Snipers...

I found a sale online, is it ok to post?
I'm looking around for rules regarding posting things for sale. I've seen the 'no links to live auctions' but is it ok to post a link to a sale that an online vendor has?

Re: Surplus ammo scares the crap out of me
Almost everyone here shoots it except for the three guys that had it explode on them, and now they are resting in peace. Just teasing. Let me take you through what was going on in my mind as I read this... Almost everyone here shoots it except for the three guys... Aha! three guys have had trouble....

Surplus ammo scares the crap out of me
I'm betting this has been covered somewhere, but I'm not finding the "scares the crap out of me" posts. I'm new to the military surplus game, and shooting ammo that's older than our last three presidents kind of gives me pucker-factor 6 (for those not familiar with the pucker-factor scale,...

I think I like Arizona a little bit more after reading this. Oregon is pretty nice too.

Re: Can't take my Mosin to work :(
Hmm, valid question, but I meant why would it be frowned upon to bring guns. Sarcasm all the way.

Can't take my Mosin to work :(
I'm just joking here, not that I'd ever expect to take a rifle to the office. It would just be nice to be able to tear it down during lunch, oil it up, mess around with it.
Ok, got that off my chest.![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)

Canada is kind of like an attic. You get up there, and you say to yourself, "Wow, I forgot all this crap was up here."

This didn't bother you? It did bother me, greatly. This might have been the movie ...
