Re: Proper tool fit when disassembling your Mosin
Ok I fully agree with the theme of this post. However don't knock quality mechanics tools, as quite a few of the screw driver bits in quality tool sets are farrow ground. I find transmission tools tend to work really, really well for gunsmithing applications. The caveat of course as has been said he...

Re: 91/30 Snipers
Their "original scope" looks more like a Hungarian replacement scope. I have one had to go with it when my original was damaged beyond repair in an MVA. Also why the price and original price are so low. Most of these replacement scopes were handled in the early 1950s and usually come with ...

Remington, Westinghouse, and Chatterault
Been a little bit since I've posted but I thought this was worth posting. At the Dallas Arms Collectors Assoc. Thanksgiving gun show I found multiple vendors with this trinity of Mosins. I will recommend if you are looking to add these to your collection and you are able to go to Dallas in January y...

Re: Never going to Florida, ever!!
Looks like a king cobra to me. It's a reticulated python. meaner than all get out. I'll keep to my Anacondas just as big if not a smidge bigger but not as ill tempered. This is a common problem in Florida because the Florida exotic pet trade thought it would be a good idea to release the large cons...

Easy, sell the wife's car, buy here a bus pass and good walking shoes, then go buy some Mosins :0 You know that saying it's cheaper to keepher? You're going against that logic! Plus she allows me to spend ALOT of money on these things! I've gotten 7 in the last week alone! :beek: Holy Crap yo...

My wife encourages my affections. Gotta love that. The problem with that is you get my wife who says "and where the hell is mine!?" Thus I can honestly tell any cop or government agent with all honesty I own no guns...ask my wife there all hers lol. Just like the truck I let her drive it ...
