SGAmmo has 1K round cases of Tula hollow point in stock as of this morning (Jan 7,2013). Limit one case per person, and at this moment over 300 cases in stock. I've already ordered mine.

Keep buying it until the floor gives way :) That's why my garage is on a pad. Directly coupled to the ground there's nothing to give way. I can stack to the ceiling and won't crack the concrete. Of course, it was my father's two bay auto shop. So supporting heavy things was its original design crit...

It ought to be easy to manufacture. I'm not sure it's easy to change. I doubt you could change an existing one feasibly.Junk Yard Dog wrote:Isn't it just a matter of changing the upper to make it left handed?
But starting from scratch just flip some things in the drawings and there you go.

Naphtha is the lightest of the liquid petroleum products. So it evaporates way faster than say asphault.

...I gave Butch's Bore Shine a try. WOW!!! The crud that came out of the barrel was simply amazing! Unfortunately, Butch's smells even worse than Hoppes and it has some of the most caustic chemicals you can find all crammed into one bottle... And make sure you keep the bottle closed tight for the B...

Why not, if you are high on a stand? I'm not sure if to use FMJs or some SPs special bought for that reason. An FMJ is OK depending where you hit , a SP special bought should be a direct stop..... But all this will not matter, if the Zombies wake up, 22/12 hits us or the Iceage starts in January 20...

I'll get a couple more pictures tomorrow. No idea if there are more or if it has been laying there in isolation for a long time.
Being a state park one would think it's picked over pretty well.

Help ID a casing please
My buddy found a brass casing at a state park. It's apparently a .50 cal round, and the head stamps are "M" on the top and "43" on the bottom. Found it about 25 miles from a Naval Air Station.
No other discernible marking.
I'll get a picture in a few minutes.

One of those (Remington??) dessicant units. It is one that you can see a condition color scale. When it starts going pink, you take it out and plug it into a wall outlet. When dried, put it back in. Have used the same one in a cabinet for three+ years and no problem. This sounds pretty neat. Have I...

Just a little bit of Dexrol automatic transmission fluid goes a long way. It takes the temperatures well, and doesn't break down easily.

There was a thread a few months ago with a bunch of good references listed by folks. Try searching for it. T...

Terrible barn fire here. Got so hot even the nails melted and turned to dust. Yup terrible fire that one. Oh and I'd love to smack that woman in the video in the back of her strange hairdo. Re: Question on cleaning...
I am a BP shooter as well. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but BP fouling and the salts left behind from surplus ammo cause rust by absorbing moisture from the air. It's the resulting water that really does the damage... Iron (steel) rusts by oxygen, not water per se. The water, if present, acts ...
