I have the same B1 stamp in left side of the butt stock of an 1895 Tula I just picked up. It’s in a post 1913 stock, no cleaning rod and the flat leaf rear sight is still on it. No hand guard on mine.

The mark on the hex receiver on the dragoon is a tula hammer I believe was used from about 1919 to 1923.

I think you did pretty good. They look good for what they are. There is a lot to like on both of those rifles. Sorry, I can't tell you anymore about the tags than you already know.

Talking with the guys at work, it was mentioned that perhaps as many as 150,000 of these 1911s have been spoken for. Not just a1s but wwI relics as well. As I always say,"Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear."
