Re: PU accuracy
I have a well tuned Sako M39 and it is by far the most accurate Mosin on my ceiling,1" at 100 yards is common place, Mickey mouse is more like it!

Re: Range, at 200 yards
With most of my toys I sight them in for poi @6 o clock and center mass @ 200 yards they work out about the same. You may be shooting a tad high, but where on the target are you aiming????Steve

Boys day @ the range
#1 Son was bored, so he called up a few friends and went to the range to punch paper (AND FRUIT) For the first time ever he made a point of taking along a few Mosin's, with the M1G, M4, M96, M44's M91/30, m39 Finn. M24 CZ They all performed very well, noting over 6" The M96 shot 2" All day...

Re: Infected... No cure in sight
I've only had it for a little over ten years, its not so bad, you learn to live with it, Gunshows instead of grandmas, Guns, under the bed, a man cave to confuse any counting of your treasures and always the need for just one more, could be worse, whoring around drinking, staying out to the wee hour...

Re: Dialed out
A properly tuned Mosin gets into the same neighbourhood as the Swede, But, those Swedes can really shoot. The King of Sweden said he wanted to be able to pick up any of his guns at anything and beat that damn king of Switzerland. Which he did on several occasions. then came the Crowned jewel, CG 80'...

Re: Somebody say lets see some guns????
Bill as always your right on, I have sported thousands of rifles over the years and had working collections as large as 168 Springfield at one time. I plan on getting one of every Mosin God willing! The man cave treats me well as a source of second income to devote to the collection and opens up wha...

Re: 200 yards
I do a lot of shooting at 200 and 300 yard paper and have never been disappointed from the looks on the other shooters faces when you start to bag paper at those distances. You have to remember, most of these guns have been gone over at point of re-build, but, not tweaked by field personnel. I found...

Somebody say lets see some guns????
Well if thats the case, lets see em! What I'm showing here are my ceiling hangers, Its so hot in the basement, I didn't feel like cracking the safes. It is a puny representative mass of what used to be far larger before I met the TAX MAN! All the Mosins not Finnish are marked X0, PM, MO 00T I had to...

Re: Just Bought My 2nd Mosin
I can't remember buying my second mosin nor my 100th mosin, they are all cool as long as bubba didn't get his mitts on them. Don't be afraid to spend a little, If you really like it and it makes you happy, go for it. I don't have a favourite I think there all cool, I shoot them once and set them int...
